Lee precision is good in my book.
They redeemed themselves after an issue I have been having for a while now. As a lot of people my loadmaster was chewing primers and even had a few explode. Well I talked to John Lee and after a few emails and a few different primer feed troughs they sent me I just ended up send my press up to them in WI. That was last Wednesday I believe and tonight I got a knock from UPS and my press was back to me. He put a letter in there saying what was wrong or out of adjustment and they had replaced my shellplate, turret, dies(with higher grade ones), primer feed and case feeder all free of charge. He even had his top tech go through the press and make sure it was working perfectly. He wanted to send me primers for the ones that had exploded or I lost but since the whole hazmat thing he didn't, he just replaced all my dies with higher grade ones. This gives me faith in companies and makes me a lifetime Lee customer. Now I got a few thousand .40s to catch up on.

Good to hear. I have a Lee press myself and have had no issues so far.

Besides this primer issue everything has been good with them. I did threaten to cross over to the blue side because I was fed up with wasting primers trying to figure out what was wrong. But in the end they came through, now to see how long it will last before it break again, in the meantime I will be saving for a certain blue machine.

I'd bought a new die set in .264 win mag from Lee and found it to be defective, shaving brass in front of the web due to not having the proper chamfer. Sent it to Lee on Dec. 12 and had it back on Dec 19. I've used their products for over 20 years and this was my first issue. I really like their de-capping pins, no can break.

it seem like companies that make reloading presses have got customer service figured out. i have had one issue with my dillion 550 and one quick phone call and a few days later it was resolved at no charge. That kind of service is worth a lot in my book. Sounds like Lee is on the same page too.
Hey Beldran...... that blue is some damn good cool aid aint it.
