Anyone seen a grip plug at the Mag's pistol range?

Post by jakeg823 on Thu Dec 22, 2011 10:24 am

Got home from the range yesterday afternoon, cleaned up my guns and then this morning when putting on my G26 I noticed the plug is missing:

Ha nothing major lost, it only cost like $5 at vans(think its Scherer brand), and it's not like it does anything but keep dust out of the gaping hole, but if anyone happens to spot it at Magnolia(probably at the plate rack end) give me a holler ha.

I had no clue the POS would fall out after shooting a couple hundred rounds

That sucks. I lost the front sight off my walther P22 on the back 40. The grip plug should be much easier to find/notice/be picked up! I will keep a lookout for it next time I run down there. Which one of the ranges did you end up using? That might narrow it down.

Hahaha I was shooting a couple of those too. And my hi-power. I've just come to the conclusion I am a far better shot with that little 26.....kind of sad really

Had the MIM thumb safety on my Kimber snap off while my brother was shooting. I heard him yell for me so I looked over and he's just holding the frame. The slide slide stop and half the thumb safety were scattered about in the grass

I was at the 25 this morning near the plate rack end but did not notice anything. Then again I was not looking as I had a young female first time shooter with me that I was keeping a close eye on. And before the questions start; No she is just a friend from church and I am old enough to be her father. Which is actually kind of scary.
