A little more work.
I picked upanrem 700 and eras thunder slide from a buddy that he needed a rush job for today so I had to break the rifle down quick. The metal was badly pissed and there was a lot of surface rust but the wood was still nice. And here's a few few of the secret lair where the magic happens haha.

Here's the setup

Bersa slide.

And heres a slide to a 1911 that belongs to a guy who has something about 1984 4 runners haha. OD frame.

I do oven cure some parts. The frame will hit the oven after the next coat. If it has springs in it I stay away from the heat, I don't like the heat cycles with springs.

Yea they are. The one set still doesn't work and I have to give the other side a love tap to completely turn on. Still better than I was before haha.
