glock with a trinity??

Post by LowLight on Sat Dec 24, 2011 7:38 pm

having a little trouble, i got a glock 19 with factory guide rod and spring. while shooting a genteck trinity it isn't sending the slide all the way to the rear. this making it hang up. should i be useing a different sping and guide rod with this suppressor or what else could be causing this problem? any input would be good input. thanks.

Are you running a booster? Recoil operated handgun will need it. Google "suppressor booster" or "nielson device". If you are and just didn't mention it, I'm no help...

you got it right. its my buddy's suppressor on my gun and he wasn't thinking when he asked me what was going on with it. i thought he knew better then that but we all have our moments. he's got a nielson device on order and that should solve the problem. thanks for the help.

I'm not sure but I think Beretta 92F is one of the few handguns that will cycle without the booster.
