Some stuff they do is kinda cool, even if a bit ridiculous and over the top.

yeah and synchronized firing also required pretty high standards for the ammunition as well. The Germans used to label ammunition with miniscule variations of ignition as "not permitted for synchronized (ie aircraft weapons fired through a propeller) weapons" !! Not sure if commercial grade stuff nowadays would meet that spec!Beladran wrote:There is a reason why they stopped firing between the blades....

The reality show concept is here to stay, for a while, judging from the advertisements for upcoming shows.
It probably wouldn't make an exciting show, but I would appreciate them working more reasonable issues, like us "more common" gun owners work with. Like, maybe a F-class rifle build. Or, customizing a competition handgun. But, that wouldn't have the fireworks with it, as required on TV!

Yeah, while watching Pawn Stars the other night (it and American Pickers are guilty pleasures), they were advertising "Pawn Stars: The Night Shift", and "Cajun Pawn Stars". Yep, milk it for all you can.

They can make these shows for a very low cost compared to other shows. And people keep watching them, so, yeah, they're gonna be around for the indeterminate future.
