My Satellite Radio, which worked perfectly until yesterday is now hit or miss, mostly miss. It cuts out about 70-80% of the time.

Other articles I read on the one that happened this week and effects are supposed to start the 29th say that its powerful enough to temporarily knock out power grids, interfere with Sat communications and other things.

There's always a solar flare of some sort. You guys probably check out GLP on occasion and over there, every flare or CME is "going to cause a global meltdown".

That being said, I've read about CME's and then had problems with Direct TV reception a couple of days later.
