New addition to the "Family"

Post by Volzfan on Thu Dec 29, 2011 9:05 am

I liked my CZ Rami so well that I just had to get another CZ. I've sent 350 rds downrange with no issues at all. This is a very accurate little gun straight from the box!

Next on my list is the CZ P-06. I hope it's not too long!

Any CZ fans here?

yes!

my CZ 75 SP-01 is a very accurate shooter too.

I like the feel of the full size, all metal frame.

CZ's are some fine pistols that are overlooked by many. I think that's a mistake, because you won't find any factory production guns that are any more reliable and accurate. I've owned several and think they may actually be the best brand overall that I've owned. You have a couple of nice ones there. I've wanted a Rami for a while now, but it just hasn't materialized. One day it will.Smile

The only complaint I have with them is similar to my complaint about 3rd Gen S&Ws, they can be a pain to field strip. Not all that bad, but I have trouble performing tasks meant for three hands with only two. Of course, I have trouble walking and chewing gum, so it should be obvious that I don't have the ability to pull the slide back and line up the little lines that I can't even see to begin with and then push the takedown pin that's tighter than Dick's hatband, all at the same time.Very Happy Just joking, but they can be a pain when they're new and tight. I'm sure I've made up some brand new curse words while trying to clean them.Smile Heck, I've even invented new tools to stick down the breech to hold the doggoned slide open while I fussed with the pin. I guess my Glocks have spoiled me for real guns.Smile
