NRA league paperwork is in process. Scores for the entire year are sent in at the end of the league-year; then the NRA will mail out classification cards - in the interim your temporary book is your qualification. If you go compete in a tournament/match, you show your temp. book to be placed in the appropriate class. Hold on to those - the NRA is out of stock now and we only have a few to give out.
If you don't have a temporary classification booklet or an NRA classification you will be placed in the highest classification!

I'll be there if I can get my .223 ammo loaded for the match and the rain holds off.

Yes the weather forecast is about a 40% chance of rain. I am watching to see what happens.

Everyone suck it up. If it ain't raining, it ain't training. Oohrah.
Re: SW Gun Club HP Rifle (XTC) match this Saturday, January 7, 2012
I'm in also, if the rain holds off.
I see most folks shoot AR for this match. My choices are an M1 or an O3a3. I've shot my best score (a mediocre 320) with the 03a3, but I tend to have a round left over in the rapid fire stages.

There is only a 30% chance of rain, the match is a "GO".
I regret that I myself will not run this one, but it is in the competent hands of Col. D. Rhoads USAF(ret.) and Team Hello Kitty. The Col. has already been on-site today to do pre-position work. Y'all have fun, I will be moving daughter into another dorm room at MSU. Hope to see you all on the 14th for the M1 and Vintage Bolt matches.

That's what I SAID... but mama bear is still not over the baby girl leaving the nest. Any opportunity to continue hands-on parenting is too much for her to pass up...SubGunFan wrote:Zink, just get your daughter to get some of her BFs to help her.....![]()

Looking at the website info on the NRA high power match, it says I need a scope for this match. Anyone got an extra I could borrow?
