Saw that looks nice, also the SR22 they finally have another auto 22 pistol, but its gonna be hard to compete with the MKIII

and MSRP of $449 is a great deal if it will shoot. probably get it $400-425 at most.

Guess ill hold off a bit to see if there will be threaded barrels for the sr22. I was about to order a 22/45 threaded. Glad to see ruger releasing new stuff. I know the quality will be much higher than that pos p22 i had.

Does the whole "American Rifle" not look like a Savage Axis? And the SR22 looks like the Walther P22? What is Ruger doing?

I don't see how they could top the MKII but some people like this style. My son bought a Sig Mosquito over the MKII because he thought it looked like a "real gun".

Rw I can definately say go with the mk III 22/45 railed and threaded. Ive put over 2000 rounds through mine already without a glitch. I use it to shoot hand tossed skeet too. I got about a month and I'll have my can on it.
