Really feel bad for the guy, but I thought everyone knew NYC was totally anti-gun, either way the dude should have checked the laws.

According to the article, he checked the laws but read wrong information. I think I would have checked more than one source.

I have a idea about NYC. Just stay away from it. If everybody who owned a gun would boycott it and spend their vacation dollars elsewhere things like this wouldn't be a problem. I can honestly say that there isn't one thing in NYC that I can't live without seeing. On the other hand it is obvious that the gun laws on the books up there are unconstitutional. NY has passed state laws that are directly against the constitution. It's a real shame that our supreme court votes straight down party lines. They are just as corrupt as the branches of the federal government. When a case comes up you already know exactly what the vote will be. We better hope nothing happens to a conservative on the SC because if it does the Libs will outnumber the conservatives and the law doesn't really matter to any of them.
