Ruger MKII and MK3 Magazines

Post by 22lrfan on Thu Jan 05, 2012 5:07 pm

I need to get several more of each. Does anyone have a favorite (cheap) source for them.

I shot a couple hundred rounds through my MK3 this afternoon and it's a pain with only one mag.

I have a 22/45. On Tuesday's, Midway will run some specials. Mostly just cleaning out the warehouse but you can find a needle in that haystack every once in a while.

Midway has the MK3's for $19.99 and the MKII for $18.99. I was hoping someone had them cheaper or with free shipping.

I've only got 2 for the MKII and it's still a pain. Wish I could afford to have a hundred of em, let us know if you run across a deal.

Several years ago, you could order the parts from Ruger and assemble magazines in a few minutes. That was cheaper than buying them.

But Ruger raised the parts prices to eliminate the price break.

I agree on locking in the price. If you find some cheaper, you can always cancel your order. Midway is a great company to deal with as all of us know.
