Good job,

My K38 has the same job on it and it makes it a lot easier to use a speed loader. When I shot a lot of action pistol events I used a 121 gr round nosed cast Luger bullet sized to .356". My K38 has really tight chambers and bullets over .356" can prevent the ammunition from easily entering the chambers. I also did an 11 degree barrel throat ream job and a field rod straightening of the cylinder to the barrel.

The round nosed tapered ogive bullets allow the speed loader to almost fall into place when loading. Full wadcutter .38 ammo is still difficult to load quickly with speed loaders.

As I said,

Good Job,

Doug
