Seems to me this is sort of a grey area. I don't think ITAR should be allowed to add to firearms laws without the approval of Congress and a possible Federal Court challenge, but since the laws are in place to allow them to do so I would think he would be required to register with ITAR since the rule (Law?) became effective last year. OTOH since apparently the law was put in place without notification and is extremely vague maybe the NRA can take this one to court and get another win in their column in support of the little guy. You know this guy selling moon clips, SKS and 10/22 parts isn't making a gazillion dollars. Just think if he loses how many others they will go after. It's just another end run around the 2A by this administration.

Remember this is HILLARY'S state department, she likely is the driving force behind
this as she was with the AWB under her lying cheating husband too busy with Monica
to notice what she wanted or cared.

This incident was in 2003. I don't know how it played out but they are still around.

As a side note while researching I found an interesting thread regarding selling cast bullets. It seems the govt requires a $2250 license from the State Department who enforces the ITAR or International Trade in Arms Regulations. Manufacturers must register even if they don't export! WTH is wrong with this country??? Not mentioned, but I bet the EPA doesn't like lead casters either.
