DITTO...usually they haul the victim to jail and he has to "prove" he is

I got to shake the hand of a shooter recently in the Jackson Metro Area after defending himself.. Saw a sigh of relief when I shook his hand. People are tired of being victims and I suspect this will be come even more common than it already is.
