Senate passed it and BOTH our Senators voted for it ... Some Scary crap in there ......

OK I am confused... I went here:

And opend the PDF, and then READ the first 22 pages. Looks to be pretty bland boring pay-our-bills type stuff. Now I dont know what SBIR and STTR is .. so I might need to read those. But mostly this is just bill paying. Whats the fuss? Give me a section please.
