I've heard and read that and it is very likely true, but I haven't kept up with stuff enough to know what was said or done. I have witnessed his attitude towards Revolver division, however. It was at the Nationals one year, maybe '05, but he clearly indicated his opinion that Revolver was a "second class citizen." We'll see what el Presidente Phil does once he gets into office and rolling.
