Quality of Vortex Optics??

Anyone have experience with either the StrikeFire or SPARC red dot scopes from Vortex?

Thinking about trying one, wondering about the quality.

I have a friend on another forum who lives in Tennessee who has a Vortex on a custom
10/22 that he absolutely loves, he competes in action events with it. His is a strikefire
model I believe, here is a picture of the rifle with it mounted:

I have been using a strikefire on an AR pistol for a couple years now. So far so good. Perfect price for a range toy, but I wouldn't run it on a combat rifle.

Take a look at Primary Arms optics. They also sell vortex on their website.

Man that is either one small optic, one invisible optic or more then likely the wrong picture.

Never used the StrikeFire or SPARC but I have two Viper PST 2.5-10x44 scopes and they are great! You would not believe how clear and bright these scopes are.

Noted and corrected, I clicked on the "before" mounting picture instead of the after, oops!!

Nice looking rifle and scope combo.

That's a bushnell elite on that 22 in the picture.
