Action on Rossi 92 looking for a local smith

Joe S. pointed me to some seemingly good info on the web about the problems the Rossi has with its action out of the box. My gun exhibits all the known issues, and I am considering having a gunsmith make all the corrective steps to make this a dandy little shooter. Is there anyone local known to be proficient at tuning a Rossi 92.
Suggested fixes
Replace ejector spring
shim internal (I forget the exact term)
re-tension ( lighter) feeding door. ( mine is WAYYYY to tough)
The firing pin is currenlty "free floating" not sure if that is correct
