Just throwin' that out there.
Waiting on approved dates from Magnolia on the M&G and 22 F-Class Championship. Once we have these, a date will be chosen.
Sounds good to me, tell them to hurry up and set the dates.

From what I've heard from the past there are plenty of rifles at the range. Take atleast 500 rounds also. Just hope my other upper is in. this will be a great way to break in my barrel for sure.

I'll try to make it this time. Always have had something come up to interfere the times before.
Keep in mind that 1st Sat. is the Hi-Power across-the-course match at Burns range in Bogue Chitto (SWGC).

Wolf and tula ammo can give some of the rifle fits.
Especially when they get hot and are already dirty.
I wanna say i took lil over 3000 rds the first time, ended up melting the handguard on the last fun shoot.
But 500rds would be plenty. I really hope my parts come in for my new build by then.

I had one Delton AR that shot them just fine. But several of my others wouldnt even finish a mag before it got a stuck case. Id have to take the upper off, remove the bolt and use the antannea on my truck to get it out. Got aggravating so i used the rest of them in my stevens 223. It ate everything.

Yea! That barrel was toast. It was tumbling bullets at 10yds the next day. So i heated it up again and melted the handguards some more

I am in with the condition that we go before the heat index is above 120 degrees last the last two times. April is good. June and beyond is out. Let's do it before May 10th or don't.
We have been very lucky the past two years that no one had a heat stroke. Our luck can not continue this way a third time. As to limit liability lets go in April.
Sincerely

I have lost touch with Camp McCain - I havent been there since way back when ??? - we use to have the State High Power Championships there ----
Didn't they close the old KD (200-300-600 yard) range down a number of years ago. As I recall - back then the guard would close the road so we could actually shoot across the road for the 600 yard stage of fire.
