Unable to save changes to profile

I seem to be unable to edit anything in my profile.

When I fill in the form and submit it, I just wind up bounced back to the home page. Doing a packet trace, I can see that I'm POST'ing the form data to /profile. The server fairly quickly gives me a 301 redirect to '/profile'. Following that, it gives me a 302 redirect back to '/'. But it never saves any of the information.

I've tried a few obvious fiddlings with the way the form submits. Changing the form to GET rather than POST, and adjusting the POST URL to set the mode=editprofile, don't seem to accomplish much. They do at least get me to landing at the profile edit page rather than bounced around to the root, but no data is saved. Various combinations of including/not including my current email and password also don't change anything.

Am I the only one this is happening to?

I have not heard of any one having any problems. Give it a day or two and see if it rectifies itself.

Well, I've tried once or twice a week since posting this, and never seen any different behavior. Both firefox and chrome do the same thing (not that I'd expect the browser to make any difference).
