I do not think that is correct about extractor only. I've never heard that and I've talked to numerous gw's about it. The handi's used to have auto ejectors. A buddy and I had some ultra hunters in 308 and 30'06. There was a bad problem with these guns not ejecting the spent shells. We polished the chambers and tried a few other tricks to no avail. I'm pretty sure that is why Remington changed the handi's to extractors. I doubt they give a hoot about our laws.
