Glock 23 with 5 mags

I have a friend that has offered to sell me a Glock 23 3rd gen. with 5 mags. for $420.00. It has very little holster wear and dim night sights. What do you guys think about price or does this sound alittle high? I've shot the gun and it shoots very well.

He said he was going to put the gun on Glock Talk, he really wants to trade it for a beretta px4 40 subcompact F. Oh well maybe he'll have good luck.

I'd buy it in a second. I have the same set up with out the night sights and I paid more than that.
