value of a Browning model 1955 .380 auto....???
A pawn shop I frequent has a nickel-plated Browning model 1955 .380 for sale. There are quite a few little nicks and pecks in the plating -- I'd say it's probably 75% -- but doesn't appear to have any major issues.
From what I've read the 1955 is essentially just a renumbered model 1910 for import to the US. They quit letting them in in '68 or so due to the GCA. It says "made in Belgium" on the slide.
They're asking about $300.
