Unfortunately no. One thing that could happen is you open a link in an e-mail from these guys or go to their website and your computer gets infected with spyware, adware, etc. It propagates itself to all your friends and family using your e-mail address book so they all get infected too and maybe it's just annoying pop-up ads for fake antivirus that 2% of viewers think is legitimate so they try to buy it w/ a credit card or maybe it does something worse. Could be lots of things but I think getting more spam e-mail is probably about the LEAST of the bad things that could happen, not the worst. Sorry but I manage an IT department serving about 800 users and my team spends a lot of time cleaning up damage from stuff like this.
