1928 m91 Dragoon

Is a 1928 m91 Ex Dragoon with a hexagon receiver worth more that the average mosin

It all depends on the overall condition, if numbers match just like any other gun and to some collectors it is worth more. Most hex receivers produced before 1930 have been selling at the gun shows around Florida in the $150 range.

yes I would say that model is more sought after than the normal run of the mil 1891/30 Tula or Izhevsk round receiver

If it is a converted to 91/30 config, maybe not more but if it has the 91 rear sight it is rare
