ammo cans at a pretty good deal

I have a guy who is selling 40mm ammo cans for $10 each. These are my favorite size, nice and roomy. I'm going to try to go get some this weekend if I have time. Dimensions are Length 17.5 inches x Width 6 inches x Height 10 inches. Figured I'd post to see if anybody wanted me to pick up some extras.

I saw some on craigslist for 10. I'll have to hunt the ad down. I think it's close.
Was right, memphis, sporting goods, friday, in whitehaven.
That's close, think I'll get 10. Then save a few for later meetings.

I called the guy this morning. Heck, I've known him since about 1970. He lives 5 houses down the road from my mother-in-law. He's saving me 10 for when I can get there.

Mike, I agree with you. These cans are a great buy. I was mistaken. These were $28. at the last gun show. I was thinking of the 50 cal cans.

He started out with something like 900 of them last year and is down to 40 or so. I was debating on getting a few more.....still might.
