Walther P-38, trigger job

Post by michael03a3 on Sat Feb 18, 2012 4:15 pm

Can anyone recommend a gunsmith to adjust trigger on a post-war Walther P38?? Trigger in single action has a requires really heavy pull and is creep-y.

Also have a Hungarian FEG P-63 needs trigger adjustment -- my research shows replacement Wolff springs would help it.

that is odd....my P38 is very smooth. The single action pull is nothing. I don't know of any gunsmiths who perform trigger jobs on the P38. It may not hurt to ask Doug Bowser, he is highly knowledgeable about C&R firearms and may be able to point you in the right direction.

Just curious, what month/year is your P38?
