I ordered my SG Garand from CMP on about Dec 12th, 2009. If I remember right, it arrived at my door on January 7, 2010. Taking into account the Christmas/New Years holiday, I think that's pretty darn good.
I was expecting it to arrive sometime in March.

I think they give extended time frames to give themselves a little fudge factor. Mine were earlier than expected as well.
