Way To Go Oklahoma... But I'm missing something

I find the fourth paragraph of this interesting in that it says OK is joining several states including MS in being a licensed open carry state. Opencarry.org would seem to agree with this. If you have a firearms permit then open carry (as such) would be legal. Apparently OK is embracing this idea while we are still debating it.
