Very pleased with customer service and selection. Kinda of a long drive, but well worth it.

Best selection in central, Ms no doubt about it.

The gun counter folks are about as good as it gets...long as you don't mind getting muzzle swept Smile

Went by today. Selection is better than it was last time I was in there two weeks ago. They actually had some .22lr! But I wasn't paying what they wanted.

I have never been to Vans. Thought about riding up this weekend. My son's birthday is in a couple of weeks and he really wants a Ruger SR22 pistol. Have any of you seen one there that you can remember?

Enough said with the 22lr prices. All the more reason to not shop there. They are gouging !!!!

No, I'm pretty sure these were pre-panic prices, which scares me.

I'll pay msrp for a gun from them, but unless its a REALLY hard to find round, I do NOT buy ammo from them. PERIOD.

Does anyone remember seeing one (Ruger SR22) at the last gunshow in Jackson? If so, by chance do ya'll remember a price. I didn't attend Jackson gunshow, last one I went to was the Natchez show in mid January. Saw one there, guess I should have went ahead and bought it.

I saw a couple of them, they were going for list price, maybe a little under.

Thanks for the plug RW. I do not have any SR22's at this time. Ruger stocking orders are starting to come in though, just not any of them yet.

Later,

I was at Vans yesterday and Tuesday.
I think I saw a SR22. Decent price if I remember correctly.
But it could have sold. Because I went back yesterday to meet a lady friend about a LC9 they had on Tuesday but it was gone yesterday.
