I have had a mite for a few years, a suggestion i have is to get some hi temp anti sieze from the auto place "almost all is hi temp" and pull it apart and coat the threads and baffle stack on the outside with it. It will make for a much easier take down when it needs to be cleaned next time. The easiest way to clean i have also found is to use a tooth brush and scrub it with hops #9 and the degrease with a gun blaster/brake cleaner.

I have a Tactical Innovations .22 can on a Walther/Smith & Wesson pistol, and it's great for things that go bump in the night and make the dog crazy. I live out in the woods, but I do have neighbors, and a .45 going off in the middle of the night tends to bother them a bit.

Have fun!
