Sinclair Catalog 2013-A

Post by cottondoctor on Tue Mar 26, 2013 1:07 pm

My new Sinclair catalog came in the mail today and Wow.......267 pages of state-of-the-art "stuff"for precision reloaders. I remember getting my first catalog from Fred Sinclair - (lets just say it was several years before yesterday) it was just a few memo graph pages of precision tools with an explanation of what they were, what they did, how to use them, why they were important and how they related to loading precision ammo. The old catalogs would give you tips from the top bench rest shooters on stuff like barrel cleaning and barrel break-in. (Bob Peace had a similar info catalog and I still have his too)... A lot of his tools were of his own custom making, some were offered from other custom makers and a few we're commercial offerings that met Mr. Sinclair's standards for precision reloading. Like the bonanza Co-Ax press was about the first and only, back then, commercial press he sold. He also recommended Redding dies back then.............. Times have really changed. The new catalog has precision tools from many makers............. Perhaps not the cheapest stuff around but I sure like to look at the pictures ......

If I ever won the BIG lottery, fat chance of that here in MS, land
of rampant casinos, I vowed to call Sinclair and tell them "one
of everything in the catalog please, here is my credit card info". Funny
