Glock 20 in 10mm it'll get anything. 686-4" S&W for REVO choice. if we are talking 1 in "General" it will be the S&W

A good 1911 style single action .45ACP works for me. Here is my most recent one made by USFA.

GunOneDown & spyderhead- Thanks, guys. It is not going to be a safe queen. It is a very well made pistol and shoots as good as it looks. It is now my daily carry gun.

You're welcome. GunOneDown, how does that 6" comp barrel work for you? I have been thinking of one for my Glock, but haven't made up my mind yet.

I would have to say a revolver because of the durability.

I like it better than factory for sure. reduces some recoil, but its a monster anyway with hunting ammo. reloads are not bad. Good thing about Comp out the end is no sight coloring from gases. The C-Model Glock color the sights pretty bad. I do recommend the LWD 6" Compensated for the 10mm.

That's too hard a question to answer.. If someone came to me and said you have to give up all your handguns except one I would have to evaluate the current environment.. Do I need more or a Personal protection gun, a home defense gun or a survial gun in case the world comes to an end...Oh and can I keep my long guns??? Smile If I can keep the long guns then I'll stick with my Charter Arms Undercover 38..

I can't choose just one. How about for each family member? LOL!
21SF for me, Wife gets the model 10 Smith, Oldest son gets G22, middle son model 28 Smith 357, youngest son G19, oldest Daughter 617 smith 22LR, younger Daughter G17.

For just me it would be toss up between the G21SF and the model 28 Smith.

I have a G20 and G29 and may go with the 29 over the 20. But a good .357 or 45 Blackhawk would be good too.
