All XD tactical versions are 5 inch barrel. I want one in 9mm bad, for steel.

considering a 9mm barrel for my current xd. Seems like someone has one...

The tactical is the best lookin xd to me , I like how they look more than my XD-m . The xd-tac is I went to buy and I got talked into buyin the xd-m I didn't even know they existed at the time.

Does'nt the XD M have the 4 1/2 barrel?

Yeah but that 1/2 inch makes a big difference . I'm happy w/ my XD-m I just like the looks and the sight radius of the tactical better Bye the way nice gun subgun you will like it.

The standard (I guess that's what you call it) xd has a 4" barrel. The xdm has a 4.5" match grade barrel and the xd tactical has a 5" barrel. I'd love to get one of those. Or kmy xdm back! Sad
