full float tube end cap

Does anyone know who makes a end cap like Yankee Hill's? They are out of stock at Yankee Hill and most vendors that carry them. I know I have seen one somebody else makes but can't remember who it was.

It looks like Del-Ton has the YHM caps in stock.
