30/06 & short barrel

I've got a 18-1/2" barrel and would like to make sure I'm getting my 30/06 worth when I pull the trigger. Preference is for 150 or 165 gr bullet. I like Barnes TXT, Nosler Partition, Nosler Accubond, Hornady SST bullets. So far, my rifle appears to be happy with Varget and 4064.
Just wondering if anyone has a good / tested hot load. Perhaps even a suggestion as to what to look for in a powder to go with this barrel and bullet combination
