Federal - .45acp/50ct. $15.97
Winchester Target White Box - .45acp/100ct. $32.97
Their stock seems to picking up and lasting longer, too.

I guess I'm going to have to buy some 38 special online. Wal mart in Pascagoula hasn't had any in stock for over a year, and my supply is about out.

RE: Good Prices on Ammo (That’s an oxymoron isn’t it?)
Let me add something to my earlier post.
While this is an exception, it might replay next Fall and would be something to watch for.
While I typically do not shop at Dick’s in Tupelo (a little too dear for my WalMart-driven soul) they did run a very good sale the weekend following Thanksgiving this past year. The sale was essentially buy one, get second at half price.
So up I truck to Dick’s and eye the Remington UMC 45 ACP Metal Case, 250rd bulk box. With their sale I got 500rds for $160.85, or the equivalent of $16.09/50rd box. Beat WalMart by $2.62/50rd box. So, I’m gonna watch what they do next fall.
BTW – an interesting sidebar. Having spent over $100 at Dick’s that day, they gave me a $20 gift certificate (they must have been full of the Christmas spirit or something).
Went back up there a week or so later and got a brick of .22LR for a total cost out-of-pockiet, including tax, of $4.99.
Not bad. Of course, on the other hand, I won’t tell you my recent 9mm fiasco!

If you haven’t seen the sale flyer yet, Dick’s in Tupelo apparently has a sale going on right now.
Showing Ultramax 9mm Bulk Pack, 250rds, $49.98 plus tax. I’m not sure of the sales tax in Tupelo, but at 7.5%, this would give a final price of $53.73, or the equivalent of $10.75/50rd box.
The latest I have on WalMart in Amory for 100rd WWB 9mm $23.51 (including tax) or the equivalent of $11.76/50rd box.
I guess if you’re in Tupelo it might be a worthwhile savings.
Unfortunately not enough to justify my driving up there.
They’re also offering .45ACP 150rd pack for 49.98 plus tax. Assuming a final price of $53.73, that would end up at the equivalent of $17.91/50rd box.
The latest I have on WalMart in Amory (a few months ago) for 100rd WWB .45ACP was $37.42/100 rd box, or the equivalent of $18.71/50rd box.
Still not worth the drive for me.

Re: Walmart WWB 9mm
In my post above dated 3/25/10, I wrote, “The latest I have on WalMart in Amory for 100rd WWB 9mm $23.51 (including tax) or the equivalent of $11.76/50rd box.”.
That’s changed. As of today WalMart in Amory is asking $25.65/100rd WWB 9mm (including tax), or the equivalent of $12.83/50rd box.
You can do the math on the percent increase.
Ten months ago it was $22.44/100rd WWB 9mm.
