Re: Stone County
Howdy! I am in Stone County and found this site while researching AR15's. I know very little about rifles, but am learning via the internet. I am currently considering buying a S&W MP15 (.223), as well as a Stoeger Cougar 40 cal. I want another handgun for home defense and also plan to get a concealed license. My wife surprisingly also wants to get a concealed permit. I want to get the AR 15 because of the current political environment and what I see to be a crumbling individual rights, and, well, because I can! I grew up hunitng with a shotgun, deer and squirrel and have been well versed in hunter and firearm safety by my dad. I currently own a S&W .40 handgun and a Remington Wingmaster 12 guage. Funny, I used to believe that there was no sound reason for anyone other than military or police to own any type of assault weapon. Then I grew up.................
