1. Ruger 3 screw flat top Single Six...love 'em...we got 4 floatin' around here...2-1956, 1-'61, and 1 '69. 2 convertibles and 2 L.R.'s

2.not factory, but my Ruger 22/45 w/ TacSol upper is my second choice. Just fun to shoot.

Ruger Single Six belonged to my Dad, gave it to him for Christmas years ago. He is 82 now doesn't shoot anymore. He gave it back to me last year, wouldn't ever part with it. thanks

Don't know if it is the best 22 pistol I have ever owned but the Ruger Single Six definitely was my favorite. After that would be an older model S&W K22.

I have only owned one 22 pistol. It is a Ruger standard model. It shoots very well for plinking and can dancing. Not too shabby for a 40 year old gun.
