Every time I buy a gun I think about if I could turn it for a few extra bucks. As long as you are not doing this as a business on a regular basis, then I see nothing wrong with it. It's the same as buying a car and then parking it by the road for sale.

If it's against BATF regulations to buy a gun to resale, how do non-ffls with tables at guns show take trades and buy guns that they are going to resale and not get in trouble?

It is ok, as long as you are not buying with the sole intention of selling.

So say you buy, get it for a day, decide you don't like how it looks, then sell. That is fine.

It is stupid, but just the rules. ( sort of like a SBR). And lets just say it is not smart to put it in text that you are buying with the sole intent of selling. just keep the thought to yourself if you know what I mean.

But if you are looking to sell good places are armslist, here and other forums, gun shows. IMO

I know someone that paid $700 for one. Wasn't a fair price but it was what he was willing to pay.

After handling one of these, I couldn't see paying over MSRP for one. Cool gun, but was built to a price point.

I have seen several sell as of late in the $700 range. I wouldn't do it but some folks want them that badly right now.

Dang, the dealer cost is only $279.07. But they are on the rise as the last time I looked around a year ago they were $213.

Well, actually I did find ammo, $33 / 50 rnds !!!!!!!  If you apply that same factor to the gun, it should sell for $2500!!!

Last one I sold on Gunbroker went for 750. But that's been a while. Although I still haven't been able to snatch up any more from my distributors. I'm like you.... I like em ok, but if the profit margin is that big.... I can wait on mine.
