Who is the best gunsmith in the Jackson area for handgun repair/modifications?

I have an old Colt police 38 that belonged to my dad and needs some work. Who is the best in the Jackson area?

Has anyone ever used "Swann's Gun and Repair" on Old Canton Road, in N. Jxn? I haven't seen much mentioned about them, here.

The cylinder advance is worn out and will sometimes lock up and prevent the cylinder from turning. The alignment may be off because I have had FTF on some shells, which look like the primer is not being hit squarely. There are some scratches I would not mind having reblued as well.

Bobby is a S&W revolver GURU...which is why I sent U to Billy since it was a Colt...but Bobby will tell you whether or not He'll work on it

Yeah I haven't been impressed with Swann's. Had a friend take them a bolt out of a Savage that was having an issue and they but the bolt back together wrong....not too good
