S&W airweight

This is my wife's little 38. Do ya'll know if it is ok to shoot +p loads out of this little dude? It is super concealable!

It looks like the 638 and if so, it is rated for +p loads.

I see 3 groups of numbers there. One is 6 digits, the SN I presume. the other is 38-2, and the other is 207.

38-2 is the model number. I think it's the one for the Bodyguard which should be a +p gun.
