What's wrong with the "quote" feature?

Whenever a post uses the "quote" feature, the background is messed up for me. See my test post below. Any ideas?

Glad to know it is not just me. It looked fine a little after 10 pm last night, so something must have changed somewhere between then and this morning.

It's as squirrely as can be. Can't post a thing. Things disappear . Margins are messed up.

I'm having withdrawl symptoms!!

There seems to be a bug in the software. The software techies are working on it. I changed the software version until the original can be fixed. Everything should work the same, it just looks a bit different.
