carrying in a bank?

The LEO's and city officals do as they want at times. I've had an LEO come into my shop and overheard a conversation we were having about concealed carry. He informs me that it's at the officers descetion. This is what he told us, " if there is a string around the weapon, it can be considered as concealed. If the weapon is laying on the seat of your truck, the side that's not visibly seen can be considered as concealed". He did this just to show us that what he says goes, right. I went up on his haircut $5 for being an a$$hole. I just said his head is bigger than normal and it takes more time to cut it. He still comes by, lol!!!!!
