Blued or stainless barrel
Which one do you perfer on a rifle? Do you think one performs better than the other? I have some in both and have'nt really noticed that much difference in the way they shoot.
I know alot of people like the stainless for looks and better weather resistant but I think I like the blued. I never had a blued one rust.

Blued if for hunting, if it's just for paper punching and such, either is fine with me. Stainless if it's a boat gun or gonna be anywhere near salt water for an extended time.

blued or matte finish for me. Don't care for the shiny stainless or blue though.

Not much preference here -- will take either if the price is right!!

You can have a dull stainless finish...combine with a synthetic stock and you can sit in the rainy deer stand all day while your buddy's wooden stock swells tight around his rusting blued barrel....
All BS'ing aside...I really don't have a preference....Green T, Black T, Blued, stainless

I have 2 in stainless steel right now. Probably going to have paint my Rem 700. Can't have a tactical rifle that stands out like that.
