My Springfield XD .40

Post by fastarrow on Tue 8 Jun 2010 - 7:50

The thought of a plastic handgun was just wrong! But after pondering on the idea that all my rifles & shotguns have synthetic stocks. I said what the heck! Not taking anything away from GLOCK. But the SPRINGFIELD XD just felt better in my hand. So that's what I got. big thumb up

Very nice but that gun looks dangerous and maybe I shoot test it for a year or 2 before you take a chance on shooting it.

I'm just glad to know there are people in this world that prefer a nice xd over a block I mean glock. Thought I was alone on this issue.

Bunch of Glock bashing kids! Yall scared of a Glock cause they go bang every time? Just wouldn't feel right shootin a handgun and not have to "tap, rack, and shoot" now would it? I'll net if they made a polymer 1911 that had Glock on the side yall would think that was cool.
HAHAHAHAHA

WHAT? Blasphemy!!! no no
That kind of outright nonsense shall not be tolerated on here!!
No 1911 should ever be made of polymer. Or worse yet, and most sacrilegious, 1911's should never, ever bear the block name!!!

May need to issue a 'shoot on sight' for Sig! lol

Capt' I'm not against XD's, I just prefer Glock and ain't scared to say it and would recommend to anybody. If you gave me one I'd take it and heck, might buy one someday. I'll try any and all. If he's happy and feel confident with it, YeaHaw carry on soldier. CONFIDENCE in your weapon is the the key here.

Congrats on your purchase......
