Maybe just this OFs perception(ability) but please explain to me the PM system. If I do a reply and send it seems to sit in the "outbox" forever and in several cases if there was a reply, I didn't get it. Am I not doing something?

Do not believe you are doing anything wrong. It is my understanding that a PM will sit in your outbox UNTIL it is read by the receipant ....

What happened to the buttons for PM and posting new topics on any of the sub forums? Everything is gone!

Don't know that I fully understand the situation .. please give me an example of a sub form where you can not post ...

Captain, I can "quick reply" but there are no buttons for "post new topic" on any forums. There are no buttons for PM. It's all gone. I can't log out either.
