will do. the only thing holding back my addiction will be the wife, she seems to think its pointless to have all kinds of weapons and waste ammo for fun. But she hasnt really stopped me yet, just slowed progress.

45man and I are planning on being there. Going to be watching the weather a bit though. I don't mind a bit of rain now and then, but I won't make the trip if it looks like thunderstorms are likely. Can you try and post a notice if there is a cancellation due to weather, Gunny?
Otherwise, looking forward to it. Not sure what shirt or hat I'll be wearing, but I will be toting a large green shooting bag with lots of patches (and my name on it) that looks like it has everything AND the proverbial kitchen sink in there.

will do. I will be in contact with Tom for sure. Glad y'all are coming.
If it rains much tomorrow, we'll probably get spanky and his gang coming over as well, they can't use their range if it rains from what i've heard. They are some good shooters to boot. Our range is good to go even if it rains. just a wee bit of mud.

For sure. I won't give up that easy haha. I don't want to drive 5 hours for a shoot but as soon as another one comes up within reasonable distance you will see me there.

Dan you did fine today. First time out ain't about scores or impressing anyone. As you learned today we are all un it for the same thing. Experience and fun. We really have grown in the last year to 18 months. I started about 1.5 years ago and we only had about 25 regulars. Glad you came out. Hope you enjoyed yourself and come again. We shoot every third Sunday. There is usually a post about upcoming matches. Was good meeting you and hope to see you around the matches.

Y'all shoot same place as we did today every third Sunday? If so count me in next month. It was a good time and I just need to slow down. Again, I really appreciate all the help y'all gave me. I was afraid I would be that pain in the ass messing everything up but I didn't get my ass chewed so I must not have messed up haha.

We had 54 shooters today. We had fun as usual. Glad to have met Dan today an DirtyWorks shot is first match. Neither got DQ'd and I think they had fun.
The addiction has begun now.
Dan, same place every month.
First Sunday is Byram, second Sunday is poplarville, and third Sunday is pearlington for USPSA matches.

Ok that might be a possibility. It's a bit of a drive so we will see. I'll do what I can without blown out my budget. This new hobby is keeping me from building my 79 chevy truck haha.
