65 degree triangle file?

Anyone here have a 65 degree triangular file? I am going to need one to eImisgivings up a dovetail cut in going to make in my 1911 slide.

Midway or Brownel's is yourbest bet. Get a dovetail file. It will have one side with NO teeth. That way you can cut wider without cutting deeper.

Midway is out of them. Brownells wants $33 for one. That is just too high.

I had one but I can't find it anywhere, I can get you one from Brownells for $26 but that's still twice what they are at Midway.

Ive got an angle grinder and a shaky hand ....i can do it.

Seriously though, ill get in touch with a machinist friend to see what he might have.
