throwing my sks in the trash!!!

Naaaa.... not really. But after two hours of trying to remove this freakin handguard pin!!! Any advice other than the use of c4 that will salvage my fingers from the wrath of my hammer would be most appreciated....

Some need a flat punch and a hammer. Once you get it you will know in the future. thinking

Yeah, I've been beating on it for about two hours in total. Might take it to the shop at work tomorrow to see of they can get it out. Or maybe ill just beat on it some more.

Bigger hammer.

My son and I did that. As I recall the wooden handguard ended up broken.

Yeah. The wood handguard id already cracked and will need replacing if I go back to the wood stock. I just need the end cap off to put the synthetic handguard on.

I threw several guns in the trash yesterday myself....I can relate.... lol

Gonna melt a few Glocks along with 50 lbs wheel weights and see how they swim in Mississippi River...well that's one idea anyway...still mulling it over
